Email Setup using Microsoft Outlook Express

1) Click Tools
2) Click Accounts
3) Click Add
4) Click Mail
5) Enter your name as you want it to be displayed, and Click on Next
6) Enter your full Email address, and click Next
7) In the box Incoming mail POP3 settings enter mail.berrall.com
8) In the box Outgoing mail SMTP settings enter mail.berrall.com
9) In the Account name field, enter your Peer Networks username
10) In the Password field, enter your Peer Networks password
11) Click Finish. The Internet Accounts window redisplays
12) Click on the Mail tab, and your Account you created should appear
13) Click on Properties, then Servers
14) Click on the box labeled 'My server requires authentication'
15) Click Apply, then Ok, then Close

Email Setup using Microsoft Outlook 2002

1) Click on Tools
2) Click on Email Accounts
3) Select Add a new email account
4) Click on Next
5) Select POP3 and then click on Next
6) In the Name box, enter your name as you want it to be displayed
7) In the Email box, Enter your full BWS Email address
8) In the box Incoming mail POP3 settings enter mail.berrall.com
9) In the box Outgoing mail SMTP settings enter mail.berrall.com
10) In the Username field, enter your Peer Networks username
11) In the Password field, enter yourPeer Networks password
12) Click on More Settings
13) Click on the tab Outgoing Server
14) Check the box 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication'
15) Select 'use same settings as my incoming mail server' and click on ok
16) Click on Next and then Finish

Outlook Web Access for Accessing your Email Away from Home/Work

Goto http://www.peernetworksuk.com/exchange to access WebMail
Enter your Peer Networks username in the 'User ID field'
Enter your Peer Networks password in the 'Password field'
Enable or disable the SPAM filter for your email account in Outlook Web Access options

FTP Instructions for WS_FTP LE

WS_FTP LE Initial Setup

1) Once the software is installed, go to Start --> Programs --> WS_FTP_LE
2) The first thing that will come up on the screen is a dialogue box that says Session Properties
3) Click the New button to clear the fields in the Session Properties dialogue box
4) In the Profile Name text box, enter a name to identify the profile you are creating
5) In the Host Name/Address text box, enter the name of the remote host to which you want to connect. This will be ftp.berrall.com
6) Click the Host Type drop-down list box and select the host type 'Automatic detect' of the remote host
7) Make sure Anonymous is not checked
8) Enter you Peer Networks username in the 'User ID box' (First part of your primary email address)
9) Enter your Peer Networks password in the 'Password Box'
10) Click apply then click ok. If it asks you to enter your password again, enter it and press ok.

You should now be connected to the Peer Networks uk server file system

Using WS_FTP LE

1) With WS_FTP open and connected, Navigate to your HTML document(s) on the local system (left) side of the window and click it
2) Click the Auto button at the bottom of the screen, this will ensure that the files will transfer properly
3) Make sure that the remote system (right side) says /websites/and your path, if it doesn't, click ChgDir on the remote side and type the path and click ok
4) Select the file(s) with the extension .html and any image files (.gif, .jpg) that you would like to copy . If you hold the control key down while you click on the files, you can select more than one file at a time
5) Click the right arrow in the middle of the screen
Your files should be copied and appear on the remote side

Other Local/Remote functions for WS_FTP LE

1) To make a directory, click the MkDir button, type the directory name and click ok
2) To delete a file/directory, click the Delete button. You will see a confirmation, click yes
3) To rename a file/directory, click the Rename button, type the name and click ok
